For client’s and prospective client’s convenience, Avalon Insurance Group may send and receive MMS and SMS text messages to communicate with you regarding insurance matters, policy service, inquiries and promotions. Consent to text/opting in is not required as a condition of purchase or doing business with Avalon Insurance Group. You can text Avalon Insurance Group for information regarding our services. By texting Avalon Insurance Group, you agree to receive conversational messages. By agreeing to receive text messages, you are voluntarily opting in to receive text messages at the mobile phone number associated with your opt-in, even if such number is registered on any state or federal “Do Not Call” list. You agree that any mobile phone number you provide to us is a valid mobile phone number of which you are the owner or authorized user. If you change your mobile phone number or are no longer the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number, you agree to promptly notify your account manager. You may opt out at any time by texting "STOP".

Consent Communications

Customer privacy is important to us. All information will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy below. Information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Type of SMS Communications

If consent has been given to receive text messages from Avalon Insurance Group, messages may be received related to the following:

 - Conversational / Follow-up messages
 - Billing inquiries
 - Changes to policy or personal information
 - Example: "Hello. Please provide the VIN number for your 2012 Honda Accord."

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary, you may receive up to 5 SMS messages per week related to follow-up communications. Message and data rates may apply.

Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability

You agree that neither we nor our service providers will be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any mobile message or information sent. We may also change the telephone number we use to text and we will notify you of any such change.

Modifications

We may modify or cancel the Program or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Messaging Terms at any time. You agree to review these Mobile Messaging Terms periodically to ensure that you are aware of any modifications. Your continued participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of those modifications.
